Dollar continues record decline

Euro keeps climbing against greenback, hitting new high of $1.5347.

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) --

The euro continued its record climb unabated Thursday, reaching a new
high of $1.5347 before falling slightly back after the European
Central Bank held its benchmark rate at 4% and another round of dour
U.S. economic reports were released.
